The opportunity will comprise: Four categories to apply for: Primary, Secondary National, Secondary Local and Support Services. The project requires delivery of large-scale design and construction phase services packages, small-medium design and construction phase services packages, and client-side support. A regionally led and nationally supported approach to deliver an efficient and reliable connection between Napier and Hastings. The project will deliver improved resilience, capacity and safety to the network, and provide growth opportunities for the local supplier market.
