The Subject Of This Public Procurement For The Conclusion Of Contracts Under The Ppa Procedure Covers All The Necessary Activities For The Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of Photovoltaic Systems For Own Consumption, Including The Following Activities: (A) Preparation Of A Project For Construction And Installation Of A Photovoltaic System On The Roof Structure Of A Building, As Well As An Assessment Of The Resistance To External Factors, Including Climatic Risks, And The Safety Of The Facility. The Project Should Contain Project Solutions In Parts Constructions Of A Design Engineer And Electrical Of An Electrical Engineer With Drawings, Diagrams, Calculations, Technical Specifications And Instructions For The Implementation Of The Installation, Guaranteeing Safe Operation And Protection Against The Return Of Electrical Energy To The Electrical Distribution Network In Connection With The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Art. 147, Para. 2, Ex. Second And Art. 151, Para. 10 Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Contractor Will Assist The Final Recipients In Finalizing The Advisory Procedures Before The Competent Institutions (Including Municipal Administration, Electricity Distribution Company, Etc.); Design Activities Will Be Carried Out After The Procuring Entity Provides Complete Details Of The Final Recipients. A Facility For Local Energy Storage Is Also Planned For Each Household. Before Starting The Design Activities, The Contractor Should Carry Out An Inspection Of The Single-Family Residential Building And Give Recommendations To The Final Recipient, Regarding The Technical Parameters Of The Systems And Facilities, Taking Into Account The Structural Condition Of The Roof And The Building As A Whole, As Well As The Existing Electrical Installations . In These Cases, The Contractor Starts The Design Activities Only After The Given Recommendations Have Been Implemented. (B) Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning On Roof Structures Of Single-Family Residential Buildings And Warranty Support Of Photovoltaic Systems For Self-Consumption With A Maximum Permissible Power Of 4 Kw, With Supplementing Energy From The Grid, Batteries And Devices That Do Not Allow The Return Of Grid Electricity; Delivery And Installation Activities Will Be Carried Out By Persons With The Necessary Technical Competence. A Handover Protocol Will Be Drawn Up For Each Delivered And Installed Equipment.
