This Procurement System Does Not Exclude Any Operator Whose Selection Includes Products That Meet The Needs Of The Customers. The Dynamic Procurement System Offers Local, Organic And Small Producers (Supplier) A Channel To Offer Their Own Products To Kaarea Oy (Customer).
