Oslobygg Kf Has Been Commissioned By The Education Agency In Oslo To Build An Extension To Stovner School As Well As Refurbish The Schools Outdoor Facilities. The School Plot Is 23.4 Daa. The Extension Is Approximately 3,365 M2 Fua (Functional Area) And Approximately 5,570 M2 Bta On Three Floors, Where The Lower Floor Is Partially Below Ground Due To The Shape Of The Terrain. In Addition, Various Stalls Of A Total Of Approx. 110 M2 Will Be Built. The Contract Includes The Demolition Of Obsolete Teaching Pavilions, As Well As Two Concrete Wings From The Original School Building From 1970. In Addition, Light Rehabilitation Will Be Carried Out In Approx. 1,000 M2 Of The Original School Building. The Contract Also Includes The Improvement Of The Public Road In Stovnerfaret Within The Planning Area, As Well As The Improvement Of The Public Road In Accordance With Sequence Requirements, In Olaus Fjørtoftsvei And Fjellstuveien. The Construction Work Will Be Carried Out With The School In Operation In The Original School Building, As Well As Temporary Pavilions In The Open Area On The Other Side Of Stovnerfaret.
