The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Starts After The Establishment Phase On 15 December 2021. The Dps Procurement Phase Ends When The Dps Expires On 14 December 2027. Hansel Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System During Its Validity. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In The Dynamic Procurement System. The Dps Is Valid Until 14 December 2027, Unless Hansel Interrupts It While The Dps Is Valid. Dps Internal Competitions Hansel Oys Customers Carry Out Purchases Among The Candidates Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Competitions. Internal Tenders Can Be Held After The Dps Procurement Phase Begins. Procurement Contracts Must Be Concluded Before The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System.
