The Supply Of Summer Work Clothes Is For The Purpose Of Protecting The Health And Creating Favorable Working Conditions For The Employees Of The Contracting Authority Servicing Electrical Objects And Facilities. Summer Work Clothes Include The Following Items: A Jacket, A Half Coverall, Trousers, A T-Shirt With An Open Collar With Short Sleeves And A Hat, Which Should Provide Both Body Protection When Working Outside In The Spring-Summer Period, As Well As Comfort And Presentation. On The Basis Of Art. 80, Para. 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Plo, The Contracting Authority Retains The Order For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Provided That The Requirements Of Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Procedure, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If No Bids From Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Are Admitted. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Ppa, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop).
