The Goal That Should Be Achieved As A Result Of Carrying Out The Activities Of This Order Is To Ensure Continuity In The Work Of Isurn In A Technical Aspect. During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, The Following Activities Should Be Performed: Activity 1 – Ensuring The Operational Capability Of Isurn Through: -Performing Preventive Maintenance Of The System Every Two Months, Including Checking And Testing For Errors In The Operation Of The System, Optimizing The Database, Reviewing The Operability Of The System And The Status Of The System Software; -Removal Of Program Errors In The Operation Of The Information System And Correction Of Established Problems, Preventing The Full Operation Of The System; - Provision Of Technical Assistance And Assistance In Order To Maintain The Constant Operability Of The System, Including In Cases Of Hardware And Software Settings; -Providing Assistance In The Administration Of The Database, In The Archiving And/Or Restoration Of The Database; -Providing The Possibility To Use The System In The Contractors Technically Equipped Base In The Event That Damage Cannot Be Repaired Within The Stipulated Time. Activity 2 - Ensuring Input And Updating Of Data And Information On The Porn, Threat Maps And Flood Risk Maps And Porn; Maintenance Activities Concern Only The Initial Scope Of The Information System And Do Not Include Expansion/Upgrading Of The System. The Corrections Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employees Working With The System Summarized By The Contracting Authority.
