The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Tp Of Noi - Kyustendil, Through Which To Provide The Main Fuel For Heating The Administrative Building Of The Tp Of Noi - Kyustendil. The Execution Of The Order Shall Be In Accordance With The Law On Energy /Ze/ And The Applicable Regulations. Tp Of Noi - Kyustendil Is Connected To The Gas Distribution Network Of Overgas Networks Jsc For The Territory Of The West. A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor For The Supply Of Natural Gas And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Distribution, Supply And Delivery Of Natural Gas, Access And Transmission Of Natural Gas Through The Gas Transmission Network, Excise Duty And All Legally Defined Fees With The Current Legislation. The Estimated Quantity Is 320 Mwh Of Natural Gas For A Period Of 24 Months, The Same Being Calculated Based On The Consumption Of Natural Gas For A Previous Period Of Consumption. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Natural Gas Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It And Will Only Pay For The Actual Amount Of Natural Gas Consumed For The Relevant Period.
