Tenders are invited for Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Louvers for the Proposed Head Office Building, Ministry of Health Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Eng. Uthpala 071-9104652 and inspect the bidding documents at No. 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during normal working hours from 02.10.2024 until 23.10.2024. Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Accountant, Central Engineering Sendees (Pvt) Ltd., No. 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00. The method of payment shall be by cash. Only one set of documents will be issued for one bidder. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 14.10.2024 at 11.00 hrs at No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08. Bids shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 250,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date closing of bids. Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd., No. 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05, and deposited in the Tender Box Provided at the above address at or before 11.00 hrs on 24.10.2024.
