The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of An Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 166-168 Of The Zut For Site: Construction Of An Installation For Composting Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin. Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, Including Assessment Of Compliance Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 And Assessment Of The Compliance Of Part Constructive For Site: Construction Of A Composting Facility For Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin. Activity 2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168 Of The Zut For The Site Construction Of A Composting Facility For Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin. Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object, According To Art. 176 B Of The Zut In The Scope Specified In Ordinance No. 5/2006. Preparation Of A Final Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut. The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification.
