Defibrillator – Defibrillators And Aed, Framework Agreement With Consumables, Framework Agreement. Framework Agreement On Defibrillators, Aed And Consumables For Both Pre- And In-Hospital Use. The Framework Agreement Is Offered Under The Auspices Of Rfi With The Participation Of The Regions Of North Jutland, Central Jutland And Southern Denmark. For Equipment The Agreement Period Is 2025-2028 And For Associated Consumables The Agreement Period Is 2025-2036. In Addition To Equipment And Consumables, The Agreement Includes Implementation, Assembly, Training, Service And Associated It Solutions For The Transfer Of Data. Contracts Are Entered Into Separately With The Winning Bidder For Each Of The Individual Regions In The Contract. The Tenderer Will Thus Have To Enter Into A Contract Per Participating Region Which Is Obliged To Enter Into The Contract (And/Or Which Exercises An Option To Join The Contract). This Means That The Individual Contracts Can Otherwise Be Terminated, Canceled Or Otherwise Terminated Or Extended, Without This Having Any Effect On The Other Contracts Entered Into.
