The works entail refurbishment and alterations of the existing buildings and ground works. In conjunction to the onsite works, a relocatable administration building is to be built off site and delivered by the supplier as per the consented design. The transportable building will be delivered to site by the supplier, and it is the responsibility of the refurbishment contractor to liaise with the supplier to complete all associated connections to receive the building to be sited. On completion, these improvements will extend the longevity and improve the functionality and safety of the building for the Ngaaruawahia Dog Pound users.
