The Minister of Health has identified quality of care and access to care as two of his five priorities. Improving optimal use of medicines addresses both quality of care and access to medicines. This project strongly aligns with the Government Priority Statement (GPS) for health. The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is now seeking to identify and engage suppliers with demonstrated knowledge and experience to appropriately carry out the research which will enable evidence-informed policy to address inequities and the harm that result from sub-optimal use of medicines.
