Tenders are invited for Upgrading of Existing Mwani Data Center ACI Platform and Collaboration System Tender Bond: QRS. 250,000 Doc Fees: QRS. 500 1 - Tender documents can be obtained ( via Email ) from the Finance and Accounting Department Tel No. (40453724/568) , after depositing the non-refundable amount mentioned above at MQ A/C No. ( 0850 -102030 - 060 ) at QNB and submitting the bank depositing receipt and copy of the Commercial Registrationto : ([email protected] ) Tel. ( 31265655 / 30121037 ). 2 - Offer should be accompanied with a Tender Bond / issued by one of the Banks operating in Qatar for the amount shown in the above table and valid for 120 days from the closing date. The offer which is not accompanied by the Tender Bond will not be considered. The successful bidder should submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the total Tender value, which should be valid for (90) days after the expiry of the contract period. 3 - Offers should be valid for ninety (90) days commencing from the tender closing date and MQ has the right (after Tenders and Auctions Committee approval) to increase or decrease the items/services by 20% of the contract value according to its conditions and prices. 4 - The deadline for submitting offers will be 02:00 pm of the date shown above.
