4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Conservation Works At The Manor House In Żulice .4.2. The Contractors Scope Of Services Includes The Following Works: - Demolition Works - Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors, - Construction Of A New Floor, - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Chipping And Application Of New Plasters, - Installation Of Ceramic Tiles (Glaze And Terracotta), - Painting Of Rooms - Execution Water And Sewage Installations - Construction Of A Heating Installation - Reconstruction Of The Energy Connection - Construction Of The Internal Electrical Installation. The Rooms To Be Renovated Are Located In The Western Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Technical Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, With The Reservation That Not All Works Envisaged In These Designs Are The Subject Of This Order. The Contractors Services Are Limited To The Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),3) Bills Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractor Should Base The Offer Valuation On Within The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4, Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4, Point 1) And Stwiorb .
