4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity And Provision Of Distribution Services To Devices And Facilities Of The Harasiuki Commune In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. The List Of Energy Consumption Points And Estimated Electricity Consumption Is Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz.4.2 The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Takes Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. Act And The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1610, As Amended), Tariff For The Sellers Electricity, Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), Operation And Operation Manual Distribution Network (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations. The Contractor Undertakes To Sell Electricity And Ensure Its Distribution To The Ordering Partys Devices And Facilities In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To The Tor.4.3. The Planned Amount Of Electricity Consumption During The Duration Of The Contract For Individual Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Tor Is Estimated: In Total In The Amount Of 234,333 Kwh, Including: 1. C11o - 170.234 Kwh - Contracted Power 2132. C11 - 63.51 Kwh - Contracted Power 4683. G11 - 0.589 Kwh - Contracted Power 144.4. The Quantity Given In Point 4.3 Is A Forecast Quantity That Should Be Valued In The Price Offer. The Expected Electricity Consumption Is An Estimate And Is Used Only For Comparing Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Specified Amount Of Energy Or For The Consumption Of More Electricity Than Forecast. 4.5. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Resign From The Consumption Points Listed In Annex No. 7 In The Event Of Transfer, Sale Or Rental Of The Facility To Another Entity And In The Event Of Closure Or Liquidation Of The Facility. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Resignation From Collection Points And About The Closure Or Liquidation Of The Facility. This Change Does Not Require An Annex To The Contract. A Change In The Contractual Capacity In The Cases Specified In The First And Second Sentences Does Not Require An Annex To The Contract.4.6. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase The Number Of Energy Consumption Points Referred To In Annex 7 (Within The Same Tariff Groups). The Settlement Of Additional Collection Points Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Original Part Of The Order And According To The Same Unit Prices And The Same Settlement Rate.4.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Commercial Bal
