1. The Subject Of The Order Is Execution In Accordance With The Technical Documentation In The Building Of The Complex Of Special Schools And Institutions In Krakow At Ul. Aleksandra Lubomirskiego 21, Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Sanitary Facility (Without The Vestibule) Located On The First Floor Of The Building. The Graphic Area Of ​​Construction Works Is Indicated In Sketch No. 1 - Scope Of Works To Be Performed. 1A. When Carrying Out The Works And Works Covered By The Order, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account: 1) Removing The Risers In The Bathroom On The Ground Floor And Making Connections To The New Risers When Connecting The Sanitary Installations Of The Bathroom On The First Floor; 2) Restoring All Rooms In Which The Works Will Be Carried Out To Their Original Condition; Note: Cracks And Plasters Must Be Filled In, Walls And Ceilings In All Rooms Should Be Painted (Entire Rooms Where Work Is Planned Will Be Painted - All Ceilings And Walls On The Ground Floor And First Floor), All Damage, Cracks And Other Defects Caused During Work; 3) In The Scope Of Electrical Works In The Sanitary Room On The First Floor, Performing The Following Works: - Adapting The Lighting Installation To The New Location Of The Luminaires (Luminaires To Be Reinstalled); - Supplying Power And Control Cabling To The Underfloor Heating Controller; - Dismantling Smoke And Burglary Detectors For The Duration Of The Works And Their Reassembly After The Works Are Completed.
