1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Design And Build In The Design And Build Formula. Construction And Conservation Works At The Monument Of The Biographical Museum Of Władysław Orkan Orkanówka In Poręba Wielka, Built In 1906. The Planned Investment Assumes Changes In The Museum Function Of The Facility. A Comprehensive Conservation Renovation Of Internal Finishing Elements And Comprehensive Modernization Of Internal Installations Are Planned. The Renovation Does Not Assume Any Changes To The Layout Of The Buildings Basic Rooms, Apart From Changing The Function Of Some Of The Ground Floor Rooms On The West Side And The First Floor Rooms In The Roof Slopes. Due To The Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of The Installation, The Function Of The Basement And Attic Rooms Will Also Change. Changes In The Functional System Include: A. Resignation From The Secondary Separation Of The Central Staircase On The First Floor By Demolishing The Partition Wall, B. In The Social And Utility Room On The Ground Floor On The West Side, It Is Planned To Build A New Staircase Leading Directly To The Conference Room On The First Floor, C. It Is Planned To Dismantle The Spiral Staircase To The First Floor, Next To The Vestibule On The West Side, And In The Obtained Room On The Ground Floor, It Is Planned To Build A Toilet Adapted For Disabled People, And On The First Floor There Will Be A Room Constituting A Conference Room. Attic Rooms On The First Floor In The Roof Slopes Are Planned To Be Used As Museum, Utility And Technical Storage Rooms. The Basement And Attic Are Planned To Be Used As Utility And Technical Rooms In Accordance With The Final Documentation. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments, Therefore The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Guidelines Issued Under The Program.
