The main factors that will influence the final decision regarding the winner(s) of the competition are specified in clause 5 of the Specification. 9. The winner(s) of the competition will be selected at the meeting of the Evaluation Commission, which will take place within a week after the deadline for submitting commercial proposals and after their detailed technical, financial and legal evaluation, but no later than October 21, 2024. Information about the winner(s) will be published within 3 (three) working days after the official approval of the winners by the Evaluation Commission.
