Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Technical and Road Safety Audit MANO RIVER UNION ROAD DEVELOPMENT & TRANSPORT FACILITATION PROGRAMME (MRU/RDTFP) PHASE III Technical Audit for Rehabilitation of Upgrading of Regional Integrated Roads Project The Technical audit shall be carried out intermittently over the entire thirty-six (36) months construction period. The assignment has been divided into four audit stages: (i) Pre-Audit Familiarization (ii) Initial Audit (iii) Intermediate Audit, and (iv) Final Audit. Each Audit shall be carried out for a period of one month. The Road Safety Audit (RSA) will be carried out in three (3) stages: (i) Detailed Design Audit (ii) Pre- Opening Audit and (iii) Post-Opening Audit. The RSA would be conducted for period of (3) months (intermittently) within the project development, implementation, and operational stages. Audit at each stage shall be carried out for a period of one month. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Procurement Policy and Methodology for Bank Group Funded Operations (BPM), dated October 2016, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
