Tenders are invited for Renovation Works on Two (2) Blocks of Six (6) Units at Les Mamelles Housing Estate. Tender Dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashiers Office Room No 8 at Ocean Gate House from Wednesday 2nd October 2024 from 9.00am to 2.30pm upon payment of a non refundable fee of SCR150.00 each. PRE BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been schedule for Thursday 10th October 2024 at 10.30am.
