3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Under The Project No. Feld.08.08.-Iz.00-0050/23 Entitled New Competences And Qualifications - Better Professional Future Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 - 7.1. To 7.4. To Swz For A Given Part Of The Order. The Order Was Divided Into 4 Parts, In Particular Delivery For: 3.2.1. Part No. 1: In Particular Routers, Switches, Amplifiers, Rack Cabinets, Patch Panels, Fiber Optic Router, Sfp Models, Adapters, Fiber Optic Pigtail, Network Cards Cpv Code: 32420000-3 Network Devices, 32413100-2 Network Routers, 30237135 – 4 Cards Network, 32331100-3 Adapters 3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Delivered Equipment - Devices Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (And How Many Are Required), Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device, Equipment In Annex No. 7 - For A Given Part Of The Order.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Annex No. 7 Technical Parameters, Completed - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including A Description Of The Offered Products Confirming Compliance With All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name , Model Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Devices, Part Number. If The Manufacturer Does Not Assign The Above Names/Catalog Number To The Devices, The Contractor Will Attach A Statement That The Manufacturer Does Not Assign These Names To The Devices. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. Failure To Submit Annex No. 7 Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus Constitutes A Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3.5. The Delivered Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) The Delivered Devices (Subject Of The Order) Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third-Party Rights, C) Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, In Polish, D) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices And Equipment In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And If The Ordering Party In Annex No. 7 Does Not Indicate, The Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 36 Months, E) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, F) The Software Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production, Sales Or Technical Support,* - If Applicableg)
