The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Project Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions (Including A Building Permit/Construction Notification And A Water And Legal Decision), Enabling The Construction Process To Be Carried Out And All Related Costs To Be Covered And, Based On Them, The Execution Of Works. Construction And Assembly For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Retention Reservoir In Ostrowy. The Design Documentation To Be Prepared By The Contractor Under The Subject Order Should Include The Construction Design For The Reconstruction Of The Reservoir In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 Regarding The Detailed Scope And Forms Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Functional And Utility Program. The Project Consisting In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Includes, Among Others: Cutting Down Trees From The Reservoir Slopes, Cutting Out Bushes Growing On The Reservoir Slopes, Mowing The Slopes From Lichens, Desilting The Reservoir Canopy Along With Spreading The Excavated Material Or Removing It, Insuring The Foot Of The Slope With A Ø20 Fascine Pipe. Cm, Planting Slopes For Insurance, Insuring Slopes With Gabion Mattresses 2.5 X 1.5 And 1.5 X 1.5 Gr. 15 Cm Placed On Non-Woven Fabric.
