The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Adapting The Building Of Public Kindergarten No. 12 In Zgorzelec To Technical Conditions In The Field Of Fire Protection. The Kindergarten Building Is Located At Ul. Wyspiańskiego 9A In Zgorzelec, On Plot No. 13/1 (Precinct Iv Am 2).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation, Including The Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch, A New Switchboard, The Power Supply System For The Actuators Of Smoke Exhaust Windows And Air Intake Doors, And The Surveillance Installation; 2) Construction Of An Internal Hydrant System, Including The Installation Of Internal Hydrants (4 Pcs.) In Built-In Wardrobes With Fire Protection Pipeline, Installation Of A Water Meter And Priority Valve And Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Installation;3) Separation Of Staircases 1 And 2 With Block Walls On The Basement Level (10.8 M2) And Plasterboard Walls On The Ground Floor And First Floor Levels (10.8 M2);4) Construction Of The Walls Of The Room (No. 206) On The First Floor From Plasterboards (19.35 M2);5) Replacement Of External Joinery Including: A) Disassembly Of Existing Joinery, B) Installation Of Ei60 Windows (5 Pcs.) And Ei60 External Doors With Sidelights (1 Pc.) In Window Openings Located In Direct Contact With The Openings Of Staircases No. 1 And 2, C) Installation Of Windows With Smoke Exhaust Function (1 Pc.) In Staircase No. 1 And Installation Of A Window With Smoke Exhaust Function (1 Pc.) Including The Reconstruction Of The External Wall In Staircase No. 2, D) Installation Of External Doors With An Air Ventilation Function At The Entrance To The Staircases (2 Pcs); 6) Replacement Of Internal Joinery, Including: A) Installation Of Ei60 Aluminum Doors At The Basement Level (2 Pcs.) ),B) Installation Of Eis30 Aluminum Doors On The Ground Floor And First Floor (7 Pcs), C) Installation Of Ei15 Roof Hatch On The First Floor (1 Pc), D) Installation Of Wooden Doors On The Ground Floor And First Floor (6 Pcs); 7) Reconstruction Works, Plastering, Painting, Etc. 8) Removal Of Rubble And Waste. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Estimate The Scope Of Work Based On The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Section 4 Point 6 Of This Chapter.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. During The Works, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Need To Maintain The Functioning Of The Facility During The Kindergartens Working Hours, As Well As To Secure/Separate The Work Zone In Such A Way As To Maintain The Necessary Safety Rules, Including Limiting Dust, Noise And Possible Dirt To A Minimum. Any Difficulties In The Buildings Communication Routes May Be Introduced Only After Prior Arrangement With The Building Manager (In Accordance With Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Rules).
