The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 14 Parts/Packages, Each Of Which Constitutes A Separate Subject Of The Order: Package No. 1 - Delivery Of Blood Glucose Tests2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Order Should Be In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices And The Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 5, 2017 On Medical Devices Or The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council ( Eu) 2017/746 Of April 5, 2017 On In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (If Applicable) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, As Long As The Offered Item Is A Medical Device.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
