The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Brand New Styrofoam Compactor/Briquetting Machine For Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała Along With Employee Training. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Description Of The Device Prepared On The Basis Of Information And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Devices Catalog Card. The Minimum Required Quality Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Offered Styrofoam Compactor/Briquetting Machine (Including All Components And Parts) Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Or Min. 6,000 Man-Hours (Whichever Comes First). The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Rights And Obligations Is Regulated By The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz).
