It was agreed that resolving the window issue should be top priority. - Subject to having sufficient funding the school would like to install air-conditioning to the hall. It is proposed that separate pricing for this component of work will be requested but only included into the contract if the budget allows. This project is funded by the schools 5YA un-allocated funds. No Building Consent is required for these works. The project involves asbestos removal as the gable wall cladding is almost certainly asbestos. This will be removed a specialist sub-contractor at the beginning of the construction works.
