Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Materials for the preparation of Ayurvedic Drugs. Relevant applications consisting of all information of the institution or individual should be self-prepared by the applicants themselves. All the applications, together with the due registration fees, should be sent bv registered post, addressed to the Secretary, Dompe Pradeshiva Sabha, Kirindiwela to receive before 3.00 p.m. on 15.11.2024. Suppliers may register for any amount of items and a registration fee of Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred (Rs. 1,500/ = ) (without Tax), in respect of each item should be paid by the Suppliers for Registration. Money Orders will not be accepted. And the payments may be made by cheque or in cash by calling over at the Head Office situated in Kirindiwela between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days. Cheques should be drawn in favour of the Chairman, Dompe Pradeshiya Sabha.
