Target Of Dps The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is The Delivery Of Kindergarten And School Furniture And Related Services To Hansel Oys Customers. The Object Of Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments. Duration Of Dps The Duration Of Dps Is 11.11.2021-14.12.2027. The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Starts After The Establishment Phase On 15 December 2021. The Dps Procurement Phase Ends When The Dps Expires On 14 December 2027. Hansel Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System During Its Validity. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System. The Dps Is Valid Until 14 December 2027, Unless Hansel Interrupts It While The Dps Is Valid. Dps Internal Competitions Hansel Oys Customers Carry Out Purchases Among Candidates Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Competitions. Internal Tenders Can Be Held After The Procurement Phase Of Dps Has Started. Procurement Contracts Must Be Concluded Before The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Procurement Contracts Can Be Valid Until 14 December 2029 At Most. Purchases (Orders) Based On The Procurement Contract Must Be Made Before The End Of The Procurement Contract. Deliveries Based On Orders Must Be Delivered No Later Than Six (6) Months After The End Of The Procurement Contract.
