A Dio Is A Two Stage Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Regulations (Foa) Parts I And Iii, And Is Announced As A Restricted Tender Contest, Cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 26-5 (1). Tenderers Shall Mainly Supplement And Possibly Assist The Municipal Work Teams When Their Own Capacity Is Insufficient.
