The Subject Of The Contract Is, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority: A) To Produce And Deliver A Software Work (Hereinafter Referred To As Work Or Information System) In The Form Of: O Development, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Provision Of Post-Implementation Support Services And Delivery Of Work Outputs, Including Documentation, Without The Requirement To Supply Hardware, In The Following Scope:  Production Of Application Software (Hereinafter Referred To As Apv) In Accordance With The Specification Stated In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of These Tender Documents, Including: - Development And Implementation Of Apv, Security And Providing Cooperation To The Authorized Contracting Authority During The Commissioning Of The Apv At The Production Workplace Of The Public Contracting Authority, - Preparation Of Supporting Means, Conversion Programs And Preparation Of Related Documentation, - Installation, Setting Of Parameters And User Settings Of The Apv And Integration And Commissioning Of The Apv In The Testing Environment Of The Public Contracting Authority, - Verification Of Functionality, Completeness And Safety Of Apv And Its Individual Parts, - Creation Of Manuals (Creation Of User Documentation - User Manuals), Definition Of User Roles, - Creation Of Documentation About Apv, - Creation Of Several Variants Of User Interface Designs - Ux Apv, Testing Of Ux Apv Designs And Creation Of Complete Background Documentation For The Ux Apv User Interface, If Relevant, - Ensuring That The Created Apv Provides Automated Monitoring Of The Sla Parameters Of The Delivered End And Application Services, If Relevant, - Ensuring That The Created Apv Provides The Functionality Of Automated Testing Of Each Service For Non-Functionality And Sending ( Automated) Reports About The Non-Functionality Of The Service, If Relevant,  Development Of Project Documentation In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Mirri Sr Decree No. 401/2023 On The Management Of Projects And Change Requirements In The Operation Of Information Technologies Of Public Administration For The Implementation Phase Of The Project,  Migration Of Data According To The Request Of The Public Contracting Authority To The Productive Operation Of The Public Contracting Authority (Golive),  Provision Of Training For The Delivered Apv In The Scope And Form According To The Agreement With The Public By The Contracting Authority (Face-To-Face Or Online Form),  Solving User Incidents: Performing Advisory And Consulting Activities For The Public Contracting Authority After The Work Has Been Put Into Productive Operation (As Part Of Post-Implementation Support),  Removing Defects Of The Work During The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Contract For The Work , For The Granting Of Consent For The Use Of Authors Works, Or Other Objects Of Intellectual Property Rights That Were Created On The Basis Of, Or Within The Framework Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Required By The Public Contracting Authority, For Deliveries, Or Ensuring The Provision Of Necessary Licenses To 3Rd Party Software, Including Rights To Databases, B) Providing Information System Support And Maintenance Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Services) Within The Scope Of Usual L3 Information System Support Services
