The Subject Of The Acquisition Is The Processing Of Applications For The Stf Mark Of Tourist Companies And Tourist Areas, I.E. Destinations, Of Visit Finlands Sustainable Travel Finland (Stf) Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). The Service Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Description Of The Procurement Object. Visit Finlands Strategic Goals Include Increasing The Number Of Companies And Destinations Awarded The Stf Label Each Year. Depending On The Month, Approximately 30–70 Applications Are Processed Per Month. In April 2024, Approximately 60 Applications Have Been Processed. The Stf Mark Is Issued For About Two Years, After Which It Must Be Renewed. The Number Of Applications Being Processed Is Increasing All The Time, Because In Addition To New Applications, There Are Even More Re-Applications. The Processing Time For One Application Varies Depending On The Quality Of The Application. The Processing Of Applications Takes A Total Of Approximately 3–7 Htp/Month. However, The Number Of Applications In Different Months Can Vary A Lot. The Processing Of Applications Is Distributed Throughout The Month According To The Arrival Of Applications, So The Operator Must Monitor The Number Of Applications Regularly. The Response Time For Performing The Service Is Five (5) Business Days. The Customer Does Not Commit To Fixed Purchase Quantities. All Quantities Are Indicative Estimates. The Subscriber Acquires The Service According To Actual Need.
