Construction Work – Tender For A Turnkey Contract With Early Contractor Involvement, New Psychiatry Viborg. The Offer Of A Turnkey Contract Is Made On The Basis Of An Outline Proposal For The New Psychiatry Viborg Approved By The Regional Council. The Layout Proposal Has Been Prepared By Rambøll, Who Is The Overall Consultant On The Project, Together With The Sub-Consultants Link Arkitektur And Sla. The Project Consists Of Erecting A New Building For The Treatment Of Psychiatric Patients Based On The Outline Proposal. The Building Must Be Furnished With 96 Beds, Of Which 32 Forensic Psychiatric Beds And 64 General Psychiatric Beds. In Addition, Outpatient Treatment Areas And Associated Office Workplaces, Courtyards, Logistics Facilities And Technical Facilities, Parking Lots And Surrounding Green Areas Must Be Constructed. The Project Is Carried Out As Integrated Construction, Where The Winning General Contractor Must Enter Into A Close And Equal Collaboration With The General Consultant And Region Central Jutland. The Contract Will Be Awarded To One General Contractor. The Contract Will Be Entered Into On The Basis Of The Draft Total Contract Agreement And Cooperation Agreement, Which Are Attached To The Tender Documents. The Cooperation Agreement Constitutes The Basic Element For The Parties Cooperation On The Development And Execution Of The Project.
