In Accordance With The Federal Network Agencys Requirement That The Number 116117 Can Be Reached From All Telecommunications Networks In Germany, 116117 Was Set Up In All Networks - Fixed, Mobile, Voip. The Core Functions To Be Provided In The Application Service (As) Or Contact Center According To The Ngn Architecture Are (Overview): - Dtmf Voice-Controlled Menu With Key Operation/Voice Dialog, - Localization Of The Caller Based On The Area Code (Landline) And/Or Postal Code In The Landline, - Allocation Of Locations And On-Call Service Districts Based On The Allocation Tables Provided, - Call Forwarding To Phone Numbers In The Approximately 1000 Number Ranges, Some Of Which Change Daily, - Call Forwarding To Various Regional Call Centers Of The On-Call Service Providers And Call Forwarding To An External Call Center (To Clarify The Patients Location) , - Development Of Address Localization Via Database/Georeferencing For Call Allocation By An External Call Center And/Or Through Kv Service Points, - Realization Of Mobile Phone Location Information In Accordance With Data Protection Regulations; Continuation Of The Implemented Procedure For Mobile Phone Location Based On Ags8 (Ags Suffix) Or A Better Procedure In Accordance With The Data Protection Framework. In Addition, The Willingness To Support Negotiations With The Mobile Phone Providers To Realize An Assignment Of The A-Subscribers To Geo-Coordinates, Mapping To Ags, Area Code Or Emergency Call Code And Transmission Of The Information As A Suffix Or Via Alternative Means As Well As Evaluation Of The Information. - Provision Of Web-Based On-Call Service Administration To Ensure That Assignment Tables Are Updated At All Times And To Provide The Kvs Responsible For The On-Call Service Organization With An Efficient Interface. Optional: - Setting Up A Contact Center (Cc) Solution For Downstream Organizational Units (For Approx. 17 Decentralized Call Centers, Each With - From 4 To 150 Agents Logged In At The Same Time, Which Are Not Mapped Via Lot 2), - Setting Up A Multi-Client Capable “Routing Managers” For Downstream Organizational Units For Flexible Call Distribution, - Setting Up A Permanent Data Connection For Downstream Organizational Units For Telephony And Data Transmission
