This Public Contract Will Take Effect On The Commencement Date. Any Contract That May Result From This Competition (The “Services Contract”) Will Be Issued For A Term Of 3-Years (Or As Per Agreed Programme) (“The Term”). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Term For A Period Or Periods Of Up To One Year On The Same Terms And Conditions, Subject To The Contracting Authority’S Obligations At Law.
