Heartz Hall Building Upgrades - Phase 2 Interior Fit-Up . The Work Of This Project Is To Complete Phase 2 Of The Heartz Hall Facility, Inclusive Of (But Not Limited To) The Following Items: .1 The Exterior Upgrade Design Shall Include New Windows, New Doors, New Siding, Eaves Troughs, Gutters, Downspouts, And All Accessories. .2 The Interior Upgrade Shall Include A Finished Basement, An Elevator, A Two-Ton Heat Pump On Both Floors, And An Electric Hot Water Heater. .3 All Electrical And Mechanical Systems To Support The Exterior And Interior Renovations For A Fully Functioning Building. All In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications; Drawings (Listed On The Index Of Specifications And Drawings); Phase 1 Of The Project Involving Relocation Of The Building, New Foundation, New Services, Etc Is Currently Underway And Should Be Completed By The End Of September 2024. Contractor To Provide A Safety Plan. The Work Included Under This Project Is Subject To Permitting And Approval From Authorities Having Jurisdiction Including City Of Charlottetown Council Approval. All Bidders Submitting Tenders For This Work Shall First Examine The Site And All Conditions Thereon And/Or Therein, Including: A Pre-Tender Site Meeting Is Scheduled For October 10, 2024, At 1:00 Pm, Local Time, At Heartz Hall, 400 St Peters Road, Charlottetown.
