Engineering Services – Municipal Heat Planning For Blaichach, Burgberg, Rettenberg, Immenstadt, Sonthofen. For The Municipalities Of Blaichach, Burgberg, Immenstadt, Rettenberg And Sonthofen, Municipal Heat Planning Is To Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Heat Planning Act And The Funding Guidelines Of The Current Version Of The Krl Municipal Guidelines. The Funding Conditions, In Particular The Minimum Content And Technical Requirements (Technical Annex), Must Be Adhered To, Are Decisive For The Service Description And Are Part Of The Contract. The Municipalities Work Together Across Communities As The “Alpsee Grünten” Region In Southern Oberallgäu. Heat Planning Consists Of Four Main Areas Of Work: 1) Inventory Analysis, 2) Potential Analysis, 3) Heat Transition Strategy, 4) Catalog Of Measures For The Inventory Analysis (1), Heat And Cold Sinks, Existing Supply Networks, And Existing Heat And Cold Sources Are Identified, Mapped And Analyzed. The Result Is A Building-Specific Spatial Representation Of The Heat Requirement. For The Potential Analysis (2), Possibilities For Converting The Heat Supply In The Study Area To Renewable And Climate-Friendly Energy Sources Are Recorded And Analyzed. Potential For Additional Heating Networks And The Possibilities For Expanding Existing Network Infrastructures Are Shown. Target Scenarios And (Ghg) Development Paths Are Described. Energy Savings And Cost Forecasts Are Shown And Evaluated Using Full Heat Cost Comparisons. As A Result, A Regenerative Supply Method For Building-Specific Heating Requirements Is Identified For The Entire Study Area. The Heat Transition Strategy (3) Is Intended To Describe The Implementation To Achieve The Possibilities Identified In (2). Target Scenarios And Development Paths Are Evaluated For Each Municipality Under Its Legal Or Financial Framework. Accordingly, Suitable Areas For Heating Networks And/Or Individual Supply And 3 Focus Areas For Each Municipality Are Identified For In-Depth Study. The Catalog Of Measures (4) Translates The Heat Transition Strategy Into Concrete Measures. Detailed Implementation Plans Are Developed For The Focus Areas. A Consolidation Strategy Should Organize Responsibilities. The Evaluation Should Describe A Controlling Concept. The Relevant Actors And The Public Should Be Involved In The Creation Of The Heat Plan. The Detailed Service Description Is Included In The Tender Documents And Supplements The Short Description In The Contract Notice.
