Expression of Interest are invited for Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy Services for Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme (MRU/RDTFP) Phase III: Paving of Kelipo to John Davis Town (61.5km) The service will involve Monitoring and Evaluation activities to be carried out under the Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme (MRU/RDTFP) Phase III: Paving of Kelipo to John Davis Town (61.5km). The firm must have previous successful experience with carrying out Monitoring and Evaluation services in the road sector during the past 10 years. The Government intends to use part of the proceeds of MRU phase III funding for the payment under the contract for the conduct of the Monitoring and Evaluation Service for the construction of an asphaltic concrete road from Kelipo to John Davis Town (61.5 km).
