Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Offer Of Green Maintenance. The Contracting Parties Wish To Enter Into A Contract For The Maintenance Of Green Areas Within Halsnæs Forsynings Supply Area, Located In Halsnæs Municipality. The Contract Includes Maintenance Of Grass, Bushes, Hedges, Scrub, Trees And Paving. The Contract Has A Duration Of Two (2) Years With The Option Of Extension For A Further Two (2) Times Twelve (12) Months, For A Total Of Up To Four (4) Years Including Extensions. The Expected Value Of The Contract Is Dkk 6 Million. The Expected Contract Value Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity And Expected Activity Turnover With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Requirements For Maintenance Of The Green Areas Follow From The Danske Anlægsgartneres Publication Maintenance Of Green Areas From 2016, Which Is Attached To The Tender Material. The Ordering Party Wishes, In Cooperation With The Supplier, To Select Areas Which Can Be Allocated To Areas With Increased Natural Value. By Increased Natural Value Is Understood Improvement Of Biodiversity And The Health Of The Ecosystem On A Given Area, Where The Focus Is On Preserving And Improving The Most Valuable Natural Areas, For Example By Promoting The Growth Of Insects And Plants, Which Are Essential For The Functioning Of The Ecosystem And Ensuring Sustainable Development And The Preservation Of Natural Habitats. The Supplier Undertakes, In Cooperation With The Client, Once The Contract Has Been Concluded, To Map Which Areas May Be Relevant To Set Aside As Areas Of Increased Natural Value.
