The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Mineral-Asphalt Mass With An Average Layer Thickness Of Up To 8 Cm: A) Cutting The Edges Of The Defect With A Circular Saw And Giving It A Regular Shape, B) Removal Of Excavated Material, C) Cleaning Of Damaged Places, D) Sprinkling The Base And Walls Of The Defect With Asphalt Emulsion, E) Filling The Defects With Mineral-Asphalt Mass Using A Recycler In Accordance With The Scope Of Work, F) Compacting The Surface With A Plate Compactor To The Level Of The Existing Surface Or With A Steel Roller. 2) Adjustment Of Underground Equipment Elements (Gate Valves, Hydrants , Wells, Etc.) To The Surface Level (Within Half A Meter Of These Devices, Filling With Mineral-Asphalt Mass Using A Mass Spreader), 3) Securing And Marking The Area Covered By The Works, 4) Filling Any Surface Defects During The Warranty Period With Mineral-Asphalt Mass, Strengthening It Bituminous Emulsion.3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Determines The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Consisting Of Cutting The Edges Of The Defect, Milling The Surface, Removing The Excavated Material And Cleaning The Edges, Filling The Defect With A Mineral-Asphalt Mass.
