The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Dismantling Aluminum Joinery (Including Forging Steel Door Frames); - Painting Works (Including Washing Off Old Paint, Leaching Oil Paint, Gluing Mesh On Walls, Priming The Surface With Preparations, Applying Gypsum Plasters, Laying Resin Plaster, Double Painting With Anti-Allergic Paints); - Making A Floor With Pvc Carpets (Including Self-Leveling And Pouring Floors, Gluing Carpets And Aluminum Profile Strips In Door Thresholds); - Ceramic Lining Of The Stairs - Main Entrance To The Ground Floor (Including Including Plinths, Construction Of Self-Leveling And Poured Floors, Gluing Carpets, Powder-Coated Steel Handrails); - Works On The Staircase (Including Demolition Works, Construction Of Floors, Plinths, Plasters, Resin Plasters, Painting With Anti-Allergic Paints).2. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge, Relevant Standards And Requirements Of Construction Art, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection.3. In The Course Of Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Regarding The Use Of Materials, Products And Devices As Well As Methods Of Performing The Works Resulting From The Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure And Mark The Work Sites And Ensure The Technical Condition And Correct Marking Throughout Their Duration. After The Protocol Takeover Of The Works Site, The Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For The Safety Of The People Carrying Out The Works And The Property Located Within It. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Damage Caused During Or On The Occasion Of The Performance Of The Works To Third Parties. The Works Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor, I.E. With His Own Efforts. And At The Contractors Own Expense. The Materials Provided By The Contractor Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Relevant Legal Provisions, And In Particular They Should Be Approved For Trading And Use In Construction And Have All Legal Approvals And Certificates.4. Due To The Nature Of The Facility, Work Should Be Carried Out In The Afternoon, I.E. From 4 P.M. To 11 P.M., And On Days Free From Teaching Classes, I.E. Saturdays And Sundays, At Times To Be Agreed. 5. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Inspection To Be Carried Out In Order To Correctly Price The Order.6. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Tidy Up The Construction Site And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works.
