The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Period January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266,834, 859, As Amended). Sales Will Take Place Through The Distribution Network Belonging To Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O., As The Distribution System Operator, With Which The Ordering Party Has Signed Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services For Individual Facilities.2. The Siedlisko Commune And The Units Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Commune And Its Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier. To Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 To The Swz)3. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And On Behalf Of:• The Complex Of Educational Institutions In Siedlisko,• The Local Government Budgetary Institution In Siedlisko,• The Primary School In Bielawy,• The Public Kindergarten In Siedlisko.4. Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Listed In Annex 1 To The Swz: 1) The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Supplies During The Term Of The Contract Is 370,368 Kwh And Was Calculated Based On The Average Annual Consumption In The Period Preceding The Initiation Of The Proceedings For 45 Consumption Points.
