The works include the construction of sewer and stormwater drainage, water, services reticulation, streetlighting, and roading construction including footpaths and berms. The site is in the centre of Cromwell, south of Gair Avenue and is surrounded by residential properties and Council reserves. The total area of the site is 5.25ha. CODC is looking for credible contractors who have the capability, capacity, and experience to deliver a cost-effective solution to CODC in relation to the Gair Avenue Subdivision. The supplier must have a good track record in the management and implementation of similar projects and have effective networks and strong relationships to be able to deliver the best project outcome.
