The outcome sought for this procurement activity is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor under a Design and Build Contract to undertake professional design (from Developed Design through to completion of Detailed Design), management and construction services of the demolition and removal of the existing earthquake prone gyms, the school house and poor condition of relocatable reaching spaces with a new two court gym facility including 6 teaching spaces at Hamilton Girls High School. The project is currently at the Preliminary Design phase with the engaged design consultants. The Lead Designer is to be novated to the successful main contractor for this works.
