The Contract Works required are relocating the existing Ruru classroom block to other side of the school (on road boundary) next to Piwakawaka and Pukeko. Connect Ruru to other classrooms through new deck and verandah and constructing 2x new classrooms to the end of block 1, including service relocation and connection as per documentation. The general size / scale of the works is relocated ruru: 44.35m2, two new classrooms: 148.65m2. The new classroom block is located at the end of block1, relocated Ruru is to be repositioned within the schools fenced area directly off the main road / on boundary (refer site plan). Due to work occurring during school term time separate and independent access to the site will need to be arrange in order to separate the live school site from the construction site.
