Remove internal wall between the 2 rooms, create one space, install two new showers and two toilets. New wall and ceiling linings throughout complete with, New floor vinyl. Older Change rooms off original Gym (carpark side) - Strip out linings and finishes to all areas. Remove internal wall and ceiling linings. Install a toilet and 1 shower per changing room ensuring privacy is provided to each. New wall linings and ceiling linings, and new vinyl flooring.
