Procurement Is Carried Out Among Suppliers Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Tenders. Competitions Can Apply To A Single Training Event, Course Or Contract Period. Tenders Can Be Scheduled For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Dynamic Procurement System.
