Sund & Bælt Expects To Offer A Long-Term Agreement Regarding The Operation, Maintenance And Business Development Of The Tunnel Element Factory And Associated Working Harbor To An Operating Operator From 2028. Sund & Bælt Is Still Clarifying Whether The Final Agreement Will Constitute A Lease Agreement, A Concession Contract In Accordance With The Concession Directive Or Another Basis. It Is Intended That The Agreement Should Balance The Overall Objectives That The Factory Is Available For Future Government Infrastructure Projects, That Any Excess Capacity Can Benefit The Private Market And That The Agreement Is Also Commercially Interesting For An Operating Operator.
