Nordværk Needs To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Waste Containers For Nordværk. The Framework Agreement Includes The Following Waste Containers: • 240 Liter Waste Containers With Two Compartments And Single Lid • 240 Liter Waste Containers With One Compartment And Lid-In-Lid • 140 Liter Waste Containers With One Compartment And Single Lid • 140 Liter Waste Containers With One Compartment And Lid-In-Lid • Spare Parts For The Above Waste Containers The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When It Is Signed By Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer - But No Earlier Than 1 January 2025. The Framework Agreement Will Then Run For Two Years, Unless Nordværk Makes Use Of An Extension Option Beforehand. Nordværk Can Extend The Framework Agreement By A Maximum Of Two Years. Extension Takes Place On Unchanged Terms. It Should Be Noted That Nordværk, Immediately Following The Signing Of The Framework Agreement, Will Place An Initial Order Of Approximately 5,000 Units. 240 Liter Waste Containers With Two-Part Compartment And Single Lid. The Detailed Terms For This Delivery Will Appear In Nordværks Order. In Connection With This Initial Order, A Delivery Plan Must Be Agreed, So That The Waste Containers Can Be Delivered To Nordværk On An Ongoing Basis. Nordværk Therefore Wants Approximately 1,000 Units To Be Delivered In Connection With The Delivery Of This Initial Order. Waste Containers Per Week. Nordværk Has Estimated The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Throughout Its Term To Be Dkk 5,000,000. The Estimate Is Based On The Information Available At The Time Of The Tender Regarding The Price Level And Number Of Waste Containers Expected To Be Purchased. However, It Cannot Be Denied That During The Term Of The Framework Agreement It Is Necessary To Purchase More Waste Containers Than Originally Envisaged. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus 100% Higher Than The Above Estimate. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Throughout Its Term Is Thus Dkk 10,000,000.00. It Should Be Noted That The Framework Agreement Only Entails A Right And Not An Obligation For Nordværk To Purchase A Specific Quantity Of The Goods Covered By The Framework Agreement.
