This First Consultation Concerns Exclusively The Work Of Lot No. 1 “Envelope” Of The 4 Towers Mentioned In The Subject. This Lot N°1 Provides For: - The Implementation Of External Thermal Insulation (Ite) And The Change Of Joinery To Single Glazing According To A Technical Pre-Fabrication Process (Monoblock Or Not); - The Repair Of The Waterproofing And The Insulation Of The Roof Terrace - The Road Works At The Foot Of The Building With The Creation Of A Gutter The Work Is Carried Out In An Occupied Environment And In The Presence Of Asbestos A Second Consultation Will Be Launched Subsequently For Lots No. 2 (Work To Restructure The Hall And Improve The Quality Of Services On The Ground Floor) And No. 3 (Work To Renovate The Vmc And Produce Collective Dhw Based On The Recovery Of Gray Water) On The 4 Rounds.
